SIS:

  • Dashboard Widget Enhancements - Admins can create widgets within the Global, Enrollment, and HDT Dashboards to open detailed reports, providing faster access to the underlying data behind key metrics.
  • Programs Dashboard - Admins can now access the new Program Dashboard directly from the centralized dashboard or within the program’s General Information tab. It includes dynamic widgets and visual insights into enrollment and completion data for better program tracking.
  • Program Subject Area Audit Fields - Two new columns (Created By and Created At) have been added to the Program Subject Area table, giving visibility into who added each course and when.
  • Fix: Elective Course Quantity Limits - A bug preventing more than 50 elective courses from displaying in the Subject Area tables has been resolved, ensuring all applicable courses appear correctly.
  • Fix: Course Completion Sync - Courses marked as “Completed” in SIS now correctly sync to the LMS, resolving the previous mismatch issue between systems.

LMS:

  • Shared Passage Question Bank - A new “Shared Passage” question bank type allows admins to attach one passage to multiple questions across different types, simplifying quiz creation and maintenance.
  • CKEditor in Discussion Forums - Admins and instructors can now use CKEditor formatting tools when writing Discussion Forum descriptions, allowing for rich text and multimedia-enhanced discussion prompts.
  • Fix: Course Planner Adjustments - An issue that caused random changes in the entered number of days when updating the Course Planner has been fixed, ensuring consistent date and duration accuracy.
  • Fix: Final Exam Lock Functionality - A timing issue allowing students to access final exams before the configured number of days has been corrected to maintain assessment integrity.

EasyGrader:

  • Fix: Weekend Submission Visibility - Non-root admins can now view weekend submissions correctly, resolving prior visibility issues for EasyGrader weekend hold items.
